Terms of sale

1. Who we are

These Terms apply to purchases on nmxcourse.com(the "Site"), operated under the brand NMX Course. By placing an order you enter a contract for digital content with us. Questions: admin@kodlane.com.

2. What you buy

Products are digital PDF guides and bundles of PDFs. Descriptions, page counts, and inclusions on the product page are part of the offer. You receive a personal-use license to download and use the files - not ownership of our copyright, trademarks, or brand.

We may update PDF files for corrections or improvements. Your purchase covers the edition available at the time of payment unless we explicitly promise free future editions.

3. Prices, taxes, currency

Prices are shown in EUR. Applicable VAT or other taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location and our Stripe Tax settings. The amount charged is the total shown by Stripe before you pay.

We may change list prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already paid.

4. Ordering and payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate payment and contact details. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, or the product is unavailable.

Before paying you must confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy policy (checkbox at purchase).

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital. After successful payment you are redirected to a success page with download links for the PDF file(s) included in your order. Keep that page or your email receipt. If a link expires or fails, contact admin@kodlane.com with your Stripe receipt or session details.

We aim for immediate delivery. Temporary outages (hosting, storage, Stripe) may delay access. We are not liable for delays caused by your network, device, or spam filters.

6. License and acceptable use

Your license is for personal use only. You may:

• Download and store the PDF for your own learning and work
• Print a copy for personal use

You may not:

• Resell, rent, or sublicense the files
• Upload them to public drives, pirate sites, Telegram channels, or course marketplaces
• Claim authorship or remove our branding/copyright notices
• Use the materials to build a competing info-product by copying substantial text or structure

Breach may terminate your license without refund and may lead to legal action.

7. Refunds (goodwill, 14 days)

We offer a goodwill refund request window of 14 days from purchase. Email admin@kodlane.com with your Stripe receipt.

A refund is not automatic. We may approve or refuse a request after review. We may refuse or void refund eligibility where we reasonably believe there is abuse or bad faith, including:

• chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting us first
• mass redistribution, resale, or sharing of the PDF
• repeated purchases made mainly to extract refunds
• requests made after substantial use of the download links where the dispute is only "I changed my mind after reading" and EU withdrawal was already waived by requesting immediate digital delivery at checkout

Because the product is digital content, EU cooling-off rules for distance contracts can be waived once delivery begins with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. By checking the purchase box and completing payment you request immediate delivery of digital content.

If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank timing is outside our control. Approved refunds end your license to keep or use the files; you must delete local copies.

8. No income guarantees

Guides describe systems, ranges, and operating ideas. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Results vary. See our Disclaimer.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue products, change the Site, or update these Terms. Material changes to Terms will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued purchases after updates mean you accept the revised Terms for new orders.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in Lithuania have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
