1. Who is responsible
NMX Course ("we") operates nmxcourse.com. For privacy questions or data requests, email admin@kodlane.com.
2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may process:

- Support data - messages you send us, including refund requests and attachments you include
- Technical data - IP address, browser type, device basics, pages visited, referral URL, and timestamps (via hosting logs and similar)
- Cookie / storage data - see our Cookies policy for essential checkout and security storage
We do not ask for your card number on our servers. Card data is handled by Stripe.
3. Why we process data (purposes & bases)
- Contract - to take payment, deliver PDFs, and handle refunds
- Legal obligation - tax, accounting, and fraud-related retention where required
- Legitimate interests - securing the Site, preventing abuse, improving reliability, answering support
- Consent - where we later add optional analytics or ads pixels (not enabled by default today)
4. Processors and sharing
We share data with providers who help us run the shop:
- Stripe - payments and customer billing records
- Vercel - hosting and delivery of the Site
- Supabase (when configured) - order records and private PDF storage / signed download links
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and fraud prevention.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards used by those providers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in their documentation.
6. How long we keep data
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds, accounting, and legal claims - typically at least the statutory bookkeeping period in Lithuania / EU practice. Support emails are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Server logs are rotated on provider schedules.

Subject to law, you may request:
- Access to your personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion (where no overriding obligation applies)
- Restriction or objection to certain processing
- Data portability for data you provided
- Withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based
Email admin@kodlane.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Lithuania: State Data Protection Inspectorate / VDAI).

The Site is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly sell to children under 16. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to delete it.
